Taste of Athens is a gastronomic festival represented by Taste Festivals & Toposophy. For the first time they wanted to bring Taste to Athens where 10 award-winning and Michelin star restaurants offer signature dishes at affordable prices. Included in that line-up (Spondi, Vezene, Fuga, Balthazar, Varoulko Seaside, and many more)
Held at the Stavros Niarchos Foundation Cultural Center (SBFCC), Amuse performed a topographical study to figure the best ways to adapt the space. We created the entire design concept of the festival including, branding, sponsors, and exhibitors
We took over the design and construction of the vendor kiosks, “Taste Theatre”, where live cooking workshops were held, a children’s area that included recreational and educational activities, VIP lounge area, and overhead stage for live performances.
Foodies from around Greece attended the festival and enjoyed the delicacies offered. The acceptance levels of the project were universal by the client based off of our holistic approach.
