POP (Power On People) Is Germanos’ favorite annual team building event that travels every year all over Greece to unite all Germanos retail employees. The event gives the opportunity for employees to get to know each other, have fun and win prizes.
As the second year of the COVID-19 pandemic, all events were moved to a digital environment and we had to find new ways to engage the employees.
We proposed a hybrid game model that combined the cooperation of remote teams with online tests as well as a large finale for those who collected the highest score. This finale was set up like a TV broadcast where employees could tune in and watch.
Over 1500 employees tuned in to watch while over 250 people participated live. Employee satisfaction over the two month period of the event increased by 45%.
