Challenge:

ERGO has been active in the Greek insurance market for 30 years. With expertise & experience, Ergo, is constantly expanding partnerships. Its sales networks are significantly strengthened with new, established professionals in the field, exceeding 2,500 active partners around Greece.

The annual 2021 conference was aimed at reporting on the previous year and announcing future steps to the partners.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Ergo wanted to bring their partners together in a safe way.

 

Our Approach:

We began with a slogan, “Safely Together” and used that as the motivating message for Ergo and its’ partners. In addition, we designed and implemented the creative ideas that included the key visuals and videos as well as the technical support for the video conferencing platform.

Our goal was to create a welcoming atmosphere in a digital environment, with a rhythmic flow and entertaining elements that would engage the audience.

 

Result:

With a 95% turnout, 800 viewers joined from all over Greece via live broadcast. After the event, the participants stated in survey that they felt their company cares about its employees and continues to innovate despite the difficult circumstances.
